About Us
Butter Bake Club is a micro bakery concept built on a love for seasonal baking and creative experimentation.
At the heart of the club are our Butter Bake Boxes—limited-release pastry boxes filled with a rotating selection of sweet and savory bakes inspired by the season.
Made in small batches and available in limited quantities, each box is created with care, curiosity, and a passion for bringing something special to the local community, one release at a time.
In addition to our pastry boxes, we also host Cake Embroidery Workshops throughout the year —an opportunity to get hands-on and try something new in a relaxed setting. Keep an eye out for upcoming dates, as spaces are limited.
We also offer bespoke workshops for small groups, whether it’s for a birthday, girls’ night, or another special occasion—just get in touch if that’s something you’d be interested in.
Hi, I'm Maryam, the baker behind Butter Bake Club.
My journey into baking began in New York City, where I started a baking project called Maska while working full-time in finance. What began as a creative outlet quickly grew into something much more meaningful, sparking a passion that eventually led me to rethink my career entirely.
After moving to London, I decided to pursue baking full-time and enrolled in pastry school to refine my skills and deepen my understanding of the craft. Following graduation, I launched Butter Bake Club—a sister brand to Maska and a space where I can share my love of seasonal baking, creative experimentation, and thoughtfully made pastries with the local community.
When I'm not in the kitchen, you'll likely find me exploring London's food scene, seeking out new flavors, and finding inspiration for future bakes.
