Butter Bake Box

Each Butter Bake Box features three thoughtfully curated bakes: a mini cake, a savory pastry, and a seasonal experimental treat.

Inspired by seasonal ingredients and flavors, every box offers a balance of familiar favorites and something a little creative. The menu changes with each release, giving us the opportunity to explore new ideas, techniques, and flavor combinations.

Expect bakes ranging from scallion pancake-inspired sourdough focaccia with chili oil crisp to an all-American breakfast inspired blueberry buttermilk pancake cake with a whipped maple frosting.

  • We release a limited number of Butter Bake Boxes a few times a month. Once they're sold out, they're gone until the next drop.

    Our schedule may occasionally vary due to holidays, special events, or time away from the kitchen. We'll always announce upcoming releases in advance so you'll have plenty of time to place your order.

  • When a new bake box is announced via WhatsApp, the message will include a link to the order form along with payment instructions.

    Orders typically open on Mondays at 12:00 PM (noon) and close on Wednesdays at 12:00 PM (noon), or earlier if we sell out. To secure your order, payment must be completed before the ordering window closes. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received.

    As each bake box is made in limited quantities, orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Orders are typically available for pickup on the Saturday following the bake box release, between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM, on the 3rd floor of the CMS Foundry Building, unless otherwise noted.

    Because everything is baked fresh to order, we are unfortunately unable to hold orders after the pickup window has ended. If you think you may be running late, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Each box costs £13.

  • Each bake box comes with a care card that includes storage and reheating instructions for every item. Since each box contains different pastries, the best way to keep them fresh may vary from week to week.

    For the best experience, we recommend enjoying your treats as soon as possible, but the care card will guide you on how to store, reheat, and serve each item so you can enjoy them at their best.

  • Unfortunately, no. Each Butter Bake Box is thoughtfully curated and offered as a set menu, so substitutions and dietary modifications cannot be accommodated.
